The Zumba® program fuses Latin and international rhythms with easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that feels more like a disco party than a workout. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined to tone and sculpt the total body while burning fat, especially targeting the mid-section.
