DSAK Karate offers a sparring program for currently enrolled students to practice techniques learned during their kenpo class. This sparring program is a fun and engaging way to enhance your child's karate skills, build self-confidence and practice self-defense. Participants will have the opportunity to practice what they are learning in their weekly class and implement them into a live sparring class with another student. All sparring is supervised for everyone's safety. All participants must wear protective gear (purchased by the family) at all times while sparring including head, hand, feet, groin and mouth guard protection. The instructors are John Coll and Sean Kelly. Classes will meet in the Community room of the Gauntlett Community Center.
